1. Returns

You may return your product(s) for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and custom-made products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For any refunds related to returned products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for assistance.
