If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at support@zeinfragrance.com with your order number and details. Orders canceled within this window will be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be processed as the order will have already been dispatched.
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders for personalized or customized fragrances once production has begun.
We take great care in ensuring that every product you receive is of the highest quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Once your return is approved, please ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on used or damaged products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
